Perez Hilton (born Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr. on March 23, 1978) rose to fame through his celebrity gossip website, PerezHilton.com. Launched in 2004, it quickly became one of the most influential platforms in pop culture, known for its bold commentary and signature hand-drawn “doodles.” But with that influence also came heavy criticism, backlash, and pressure.

Imagine facing a life-threatening condition, lying in a hospital bed for weeks, unsure of what will happen next. On March 23, Hilton revealed that he had been hospitalized for three weeks due to severe sepsis and infections. It was during this difficult moment that everything began to change.

In a video, he shared something powerful:
“God presented Himself to me and then did something—something I can only call miraculous… it was real, and this has been life-changing.”

In his lowest moment, he encountered God.

Since then, Perez has shifted his focus toward personal health, reflection, and spiritual growth. He even shared his 21-day hospitalization and recovery journey in early 2026. But more importantly, he is now continuing to deepen his relationship with Jesus Christ—reading the Holy Bible and using his platform to share a different message.
